We welcome your stay at Lancewood Villa - here are a few things to know that will make your stay with us go smoothly.
Payment: Required 30 days before arrival to confirm booking
Cancellations: Refunds will be made if the cancellations is made 30 days or more prior to arrival date
Check-in: From 3pm to late
Check-out: 10am
No smoking: Lancewood Villa is a smoke-free and vape-free venue.
No pets.

We offer a set of convenient, fun and delicious extras to make our guests visits feel a bit more special.

Use It
SHOPPING BAGS: We have reusable jute bags for your supermarket shopping.
REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES: We offer pure filtered rain water in light durable bottles, just return them to us at the end of the day. No need to buy plastic water bottles.
BEACH TOWELS: Available for your day trips to the Abel Tasman National Park.
POOL TOWELS : Can be found in your room.

LAUNDRY $15 per 5 kg load: Can be dropped at the Villa in the morning and it will be ready for pick-up at the end of the day.
PORTABLE BBQ $10 Per evening: Reserve it in the morning and we’ll deliver the BBQ, gas bottle, plates and utensils, and clean up for you.
Buy It
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL $6: We pick and cold-press organic olives and sell the oil in 100ml bottles.
ORGANIC PRODUCE: We sell homegrown produce that is in season and our delicious free-range eggs.
WINE: We offer guests a selected range of local organic wine to enjoy.
LANCEWOOD GIFT SHOP: The stand at the front door has our screen-printed cushion covers, tea towels and cards. If you liked your room soap you can buy a larger size from our shop.
